1. Will i be able to work the equipment you supply, I've never done this before?

Yes, all equipment we hire has been especially chosen with this in mind, it is very easy to operate without any experience, plus we show you how to set it up and use it and we are only a phone call away.

 

2. Can i plug a laptop or mp3 player into your equipment?

Yes, all packages have ipod,MP3 and laptop conections. (you can connected anything with a headphone socket)

 

3. Will the equipment be tested before i get it?

Yes, our equipment is tested before every hire.

 

4. When can we pick up the equipment?

Pick up, Equipment can be picked up at the times stated in your confirmation.

 

5. When will my Jukebox or Slushie Machine be delivered?

Your Jukebox or Slushie Machine be delivered at the times stated in your confirmation we will call or text you about 30 mintues prior to delivery.

 

6. Is there a small booking retainer fee the equipment?

Yes, there is a small booking fee, this will come off the total cost of your hire.

 

7. Is there a security bond for the equipment?

Yes, there is a security bond of $200, this will be refunded once equipment is all returned  undamaged.
